Mission Statement

I specialize in Small Business from start-up through growth & development. I will help you choose and form the entity type most beneficial for you and your company’s needs. I also provide expert assistance with business planning, tax planning and preparation, and effective marketing and web design.

I will insure that you meet filing deadlines and that you are compliant with state and federal regulations. I do payroll set up and will help you with payroll reporting and any other write-up or bookkeeping services you might need. I’ll show you how to optimize your cash flow and profits. Hand over those bookkeeping chores to me and focus on what you do best - managing your business.

On-site or remote assisted (via internet) expert consulting and training in the proper use of Intuit software to meet standard accounting practices is a specialty. I am located in north Accomack county, but have clients in Northampton and Worcester counties as well; the distance is little obstacle as the internet is an effective communications tool for us. I perform software installation, account set-up, training and trouble shooting/repair of all QuickBooks versions.

As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants & the National Society of Accountants, I agree to act under their Code of Professional Conduct in order to maintain the highest degree of integrity in my practice.  As a member of the Virginia Society of Public Accountants, I enjoy the high quality course work of its continuing professional education programs.
